There are many gyms you can train at. During my over 20-year career as a competitive bodybuilder, trainer and competition coach for other athletes I have seen more of them than I can count. However, they are more similar than different. Over time, I got more and more frustrated by what I saw: An overcrowded gym with folks waiting to use a station while others are hogging the equipment, spending most of the time on their phone and not working out, trainers that text while training someone and don’t focus on their clients, members socializing on the gym floor, sometimes even reading the paper. Not only does it prevent serious members from using the equipment, but it creates an environment that is full of distractions, does not motivate and is simply not conducive to serious training.
One year ago, I was fortunate enough to fulfill a long-standing dream: Create my own gym from scratch, according to my own specifications with limited membership numbers so it is never busy, let alone crowded. It is meant to be a true sanctuary for people who set aside regular sacred time for their workout that belongs to them alone. During that time, they can get away from the world and enter a true workout zone where they can focus on a training that is as intense and productive as they want it to be, without any distractions.

About Will
William Ayoubi has an unparalleled amount of experience in the bodybuilding field. With 25 years of training experience and over 10 years of experience competing, there is no one better to help you reach your goals. Will competed at his first show in the San Jose Bodybuilding Championship in 2006 and won the light heavyweight and overall divisions. He has since competed in the NPC USA Nationals Championships and NPC Masters National Championships reaching a peak of fourth place in the light heavyweight division.
Will has crafted a technique that goes beyond the physical nature of personal training. Clients will push past the plateaus in their training and learn the proper technique for each lift, but they will be challenged mentally in how they approach training. Mentally, Will assists clients in reaching an almost meditative state while lifting; pushing the ego aside and focusing solely on accomplishing the task at hand to achieve peak performance.
This technique is referred to as Will-Chi. It’s a combination of peak mental and physical performance to help clients excel in all areas of well-being.
